RING MASTERZ 2

1. RING MASTERZ is back. The 2nd International HipHop Championship is presented by Sacred Entertainment Vietnam & Peace United, sponsored by Yamaha Motor Vietnam, applied for all HipHop fans from South East Asia and the rest of the world. This is where talented dancers/choreographers/breakdancers from Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, China gather. It is very well entertained. It is a stage of which the youth will not only shine but also experience and develop their HipHop skills.



RING MASTERZ qualifying round will be held at Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The Grand Finale – the Final night where international judges and contestants will be summoned – is hosted at Ho Chi Minh City.



Qualifying round: December 24th & 25th, 2010 – Hanoi ; January 1st & 2nd, 2011 – Ho Chi Minh City.



The Grand Finale: January 28th & 29th & 30th, 2011 – Ho Chi Minh City.





Qualifying round’s Battle Categories:



- Streetdance Choreography Showcase:

Crews will register followed by an instructed format and send emails back to the Organizer.

Crews will be in order to define their positions of who is going first and last.

Crews’ showcases are to be prepared before hand. On turn, each crew will perform their set pieces.

Crew that has the highest mark will be crowned Qualify Champion and will be gifted with a ticket to the Grand Finale.

The 3 crews that has highest scores alternatively will also be gifted with 3 tickets to the Grand Finale.



- Bboy 3v3 battle:

Crews will register followed by an instructed format and send emails back to the Organizer.

Crews will go into battle head to head and the winner crew will get to go through to the next round.

The Final Winner will be crowned Qualify Champion and will be gifted with a ticket to the Grand Finale.

The Final Runner Up will also be gifted a ticket to the Grand Finale.

Judges will also pick the other 3 top crews whom the judges think has performed really well to go through to the Grand Finale. The 5 crews which have been selected will represent their qualifying Area at the Grand Finale.



- Popping 1vs1:

Poppers will register followed by an instructed format and send emails back to the Organizer.

Poppers will go into battle head to head and the winner will get to go through to the next round.

The Final Winner will be crowned Qualify Champion and will be gifted with a ticket to the Grand Finale.

The Final Runner Up will also be gifted a ticket to the Grand Finale.

Judges will also pick the other 6 top poppers whom the judges think has performed really well to go through to the Grand Finale. The 8 poppers which have been selected will represent their qualifying Area at the Grand Finale.



The Grand Finale’s battle categories include the 3 above (with the participant of international crews/individuals).



Besides, the Organizers will also host 5 other categories:



- Streetdance Female Freestyle battle

- Streetdance Male Freestyle battle (2vs2

- TopRock battle

- Footwork battle

- 7toSmoke battle



There will be workshops with Ring Masterz international Judges. Here, contestants will be able to learn and exchange knowledges and culture with the Masters of all styles. On the other hand, Ring Masterz will also have workshops for whoever love the Art of Rap/MCee and DJ.
